What makes you a viable candidate for Veneers?
Prior to having veneers made for you, you’ll come in and have a consultation with Dr. Dary. We will determine if veneers are suitable for you and will get to work immediately in fitting your smile with them. Most of our patients who want veneers are able to have them made and placed. You can expect your new veneers to last for about 10 years with proper dental hygiene and care.
What can be expected when having Veneers placed?
The procedure for veneers requires little to no anesthetic. We will buff out the front of your teeth to improve the veneers’ adhesion as well as to prevent the veneers from looking bulky. Impressions are taken just of the front teeth and used to create the new veneers. Once the veneers have been professionally made, they will be attached to your teeth and filed down for a more even and comfortable fit. You will need to replace your veneers after 10 years and will find them to be quite durable and withstanding.
